Alan served as the Head of Retail for DTZ’s South & West China operations for 15 years, where he spearheaded high-profile retail projects and provided strategic advisory services to landlords and tenants. His expertise spans new lease negotiations, lease restructuring, lease renewals, and property acquisitions, ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
