In Jul/Aug, I told Fanny I have office to be available for rental. A lot of useful market information was given by him. Not long afterwards, a potential tenant was located and the deal was completed. Samuel performed well and helped to convey all the terms between the tenant and me. He was also extremely helpful in handling tenants' assistance addressed to me and resolved a few tenants' concern.
