As part of an urban renewal initiative, the ground level features "H6 CONET," a vibrant community space with exhibition areas and public seating, integrating the corporate tower with the local neighborhood.

The tenant mix is highly prestigious, primarily composed of global financial institutions, multinational corporations, and law firms. Notable occupants have included major banks like DBS and the Bank of Beijing, as well as credit rating agencies like Moody's. Following its record-breaking sale in 2017, the building transitioned to strata-title ownership, attracting a diverse range of high-profile investment firms and family offices.
